Refund policy
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you would like to make a return. Shipping is non-refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it as well as in original packaging. If the item is received damaged or broken, a picture may be required prior to processing the return claim.
For defective items, please send us an email with your order details and a photo if possible of what is defective so we can note this. Additionally, please let us know if you would like a replacement vs. a return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus shipping fees within a 5-7 business days due to bank processing timelines.
